LM317ST DPAK

The LM217, LM317 are monolithic integrated circuits in TO-220, TO-220FP, D²PAK and SOT223 packages intended for use as positive adjustable voltage regulators. They are designed to supply more than 1.5 A of load current with an output voltage adjustable over a 1.2 to 37 V range. The nominal output voltage is selected by means of a resistive divider, making the device exceptionally easy to use and eliminating the stocking of many fixed regulators.

LM319ST SOIC

These products are precision high-speed dual comparators designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages down to a single 5 V logic supply and ground. They feature low input currents and high gains. The open collector of the output stage makes them compatible with transistor-transistor logic (TTL) as well as capable of driving lamps and relays at currents up to 25 mA. Although designed primarily for applications requiring operation from digital logic supplies, these comparators are fully specified for power supplies up to ±15 V. They feature faster response times than the LM111 at the expense of higher current consumption. However, the high speed, wide operating voltage range and low package count make the LM119, LM219, and LM319 much more versatile.

LM339ST SOIC

This family of devices consists of four independent precision-voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV maximum for LM339A, LM239A, and LM139A. Each comparator has been designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.

LMV324ST SOIC

The LMV321/LMV324/LMV358 family (single, dual, and quad) answers the need for low cost, general-purpose operational amplifiers. They operate with voltages as low as 2.7 V and feature both input and output rail-to-rail, 145 µA consumption current, and 1 MHz gain bandwidth product (GBP). With such a low consumption and a sufficient GBP for many applications, these op amps are well suited for any kind of battery supplied and portable equipment application. The LMV321 device is housed in the space-saving 5-pin SOT23-5 package, which simplifies board design. The SOT23-5 has two pinning configurations to answer all application requirements.

MAX232ST SOIC150

The ST232 is a 2 driver, 2 receiver device following EIA/TIA-232 and V.28 communication standard. It is particularly suitable for applications where ±12V is not available. The ST232 uses a single 5V power supply and only four external capacitors (0.1μF). Typical applications are in: portable computers, low power modems, interfaces translation, battery powered RS-232 system, multi-drop RS-232 networks.

MAX3232ST SOIC

The ST3232B and ST3232C devices are 3 V powered EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 communication interfaces with low power requirements and high data-rate capabilities. These devices have a proprietary low dropout transmitter output stage providing true RS-232 performance from 3 to 5.5 V supplies. The devices require only four small 0.1 mF standard external capacitors for operation from a 3 V supply. The ST3232B and ST3232C have two receivers and two drivers. The devices are guaranteed to run at data rates of 250 kbps while maintaining RS-232 output levels. Typical applications are notebooks, subnotebooks and palmtop computers, battery-powered equipment, hand-held equipment, peripherals, and printers.
