L6561ST SOIC

L6561 is the improved version of the L6560 standard Power Factor Corrector. Fully compatible with the standard version, it has a superior performant multiplier making the device capable of working in wide input voltage range applications (from 85V to 265V) with an excellent THD. Furthermore the start up current has been reduced at few tens of mA and a disable function has been implemented on the ZCD pin, guaranteeing lower current consumption in stand by mode. Realised in mixed BCD technology, the chip gives the following benefits: micro power start up current 1% precision internal reference voltage (T j = 25°C) Soft Output Over Voltage Protection no need for external low pass filter on the current sense very low operating quiescent current minimises power dissipation The totem pole output stage is capable of driving a Power MOS or IGBT with source and sink currents of ±400mA. The device is operating in transition mode and it is optimised for Electronic Lamp Ballast application, AC-DC adaptors and SMPS.

L6562ST SOIC8

The L6562A is a current-mode PFC controller operating in Transition Mode (TM). Coming with the same pin-out as its predecessors L6561 and L6562, it offers improved performance. The highly linear multiplier includes a special circuit, able to reduce AC input current distortion, that allows wide-range-mains operation with an extremely low THD, even over a large load range. The output voltage is controlled by means of a voltage-mode error amplifier and an accurate (1% @TJ = 25°C) internal voltage reference. The device features extremely low consumption (60µA max. before start-up and <5 mA operating) and includes a disable function suitable for IC remote ON/OFF, which makes it easier to comply with energy saving requirements (Blue Angel, EnergyStar, Energy2000, etc.). An effective two-step OVP enables to safely handle overvoltages either occurring at start-up or resulting from load disconnection. The totem-pole output stage, capable of 600 mA source and 800 mA sink current, is suitable to drive high current MOSFETs or IGBTs. This, combined with the other features and the possibility to operate with the proprietary Fixed-Off-Time control, makes the device an excellent low-cost solution for EN61000-3-2 compliant SMPS in excess of 350W.

L6565ST SOIC

The L6565 is a current-mode primary controller IC, specifically designed to build offline Quasi-resonant ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching at switch turn-on) flyback converters. Quasi-resonant operation is achieved by means of a transformer demagnetization sensing input that triggers MOSFET's turn-on. Converter's power capability variations with the mains voltage are compensated by line voltage feedforward. At light load the device features a special function that automatically lowers the operating frequency still maintaining the operation as close to ZVS as possible. In addition to very low start-up and quiescent currents, this feature helps keep low the consumption from the mains at light load and be Blue Angel and Energy Star compliant. The IC includes also a disable function, an on-chip filter on current sense, an error amplifier with a precise reference voltage for primary regulation and an effective two-level overcurrent protection.

L6569 High Voltage Half Bridge Driver with Oscillator Evaluation Board

LF353ST SOIC

These circuits are high speed JFET input dual operational amplifiers incorporating well matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. The devices feature high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.

LIS3DHTR ST LGA16

The LIS3DH is an ultra-low-power high-performance three-axis linear accelerometer belonging to the “nano” family, with digital I2C/SPI serial interface standard output. The device features ultra-low-power operational modes that allow advanced power saving and smart embedded functions. The LIS3DH has dynamically user-selectable full scales of ±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g and is capable of measuring accelerations with output data rates from 1 Hz to 5.3 kHz. The self-test capability allows the user to check the functioning of the sensor in the final application. The device may be configured to generate interrupt signals using two independent inertial wake-up/free-fall events as well as by the position of the device itself. Thresholds and timing of interrupt generators are programmable by the end user on the fly. The LIS3DH has an integrated 32-level first-in, first-out (FIFO) buffer allowing the user to store data in order to limit intervention by the host processor. The LIS3DH is available in small thin plastic land grid array package (LGA) and is guaranteed to operate over an extended temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C.

LM139ST SOIC

This family of devices consists of four independent precision-voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV maximum for LM339A, LM239A, and LM139A. Each comparator has been designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.

LM211 ST SOIC8

The LM111, LM211, LM311 are voltage comparators that have low input currents. They are also designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages: from standard ±15V operational amplifier supplies down to the single +5V supply used for IC logic. Their output is compatible with RTL-DTL and TTL as well as MOS circuits and can switch voltages up to +50V at output currents as high as 50mA.

LM224ST SOIC

The LM124, LM224x and LM324x consist of four independent, high gain operational amplifiers with frequency compensation implemented internally. They operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low-power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

LM239D ST SOIC

This family of devices consists of four independent precision-voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV maximum for LM339A, LM239A, and LM139A. Each comparator has been designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.

LM258ST SOIC

These circuits consist of two independent, high-gain, internally frequency-compensated op amps, specifically designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The low-power supply drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. Application areas include transducer amplifiers, DC gain blocks and all the conventional op amp circuits, which can now be more easily implemented in single power supply systems. For example, these circuits can be directly supplied with the standard 5 V, which is used in logic systems and will easily provide the required interface electronics with no additional power supply. In linear mode, the input common-mode voltage range includes ground and the output voltage can also swing to ground, even though operated from only a single power supply voltage.

LM2901ST SOIC

This device consists of four independent precision voltage comparators, which are designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes the negative rail even though operated from a single power supply voltage.

LM2902ST SOIC

This circuit consists of four independent, high-gain operational amplifiers (op amps) which employ internal frequency compensation and are specifically designed for automotive and industrial control systems. The device operates from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low-power supply current drain is independent from the power supply voltage magnitude.

LM311ST SOIC

The LM111, LM211, LM311 are voltage comparators that have low input currents. They are also designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages: from standard ±15V operational amplifier supplies down to the single +5V supply used for IC logic. Their output is compatible with RTL-DTL and TTL as well as MOS circuits and can switch voltages up to +50V at output currents as high as 50mA.
